KNÖDELJAGD WITH TEAM LEATHERMAN
This year’s hunt for dumplings (Knödeljagd) took place in Val Gardena from 8-10 September 2017.
The Knödeljagd is a team event for enduro bikers. In teams of 2, the participants perform various dexterity tasks at different checkpoints and collect stamps for the Knödelpass. Once the passport has been stamped, delicious dumplings are waiting for the participants.
